An Information Officer is responsible for assisting electors in determining if they are eligible to vote, if they are on the list of electors, directing them to the correct voting station, and determining their voting area, if necessary.

A Registration Officer is responsible to assist electors who to need register to vote prior to receiving their ballot.

A Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising all election staff and activities in a voting place. The Site Supervisor should be familiar with all other election roles and be able to fill in for any other position, as needed.

A Voting Officer is responsible for assisting electors with the voting process, issuing ballots and for responding to elector questions.

Voting Officers can be assigned to work at mobile voting, advance voting locations or on Election Day. At Election Day and mobile voting locations, Voting Officers work with a Record Clerk to administer the voting process. At advance voting locations, Voting Officers work independently to administer the voting process.
